About
noho.co is a furniture brand offering highly configurable products with advanced customization options. The project aimed to build a flexible eCommerce architecture capable of handling complex product data, 3D experiences, and a multi-regional store setup under a single domain.
Challenge
Managing deep product configuration while keeping all systems in sync
The client needed a platform that could handle advanced product customization, connect 3D models directly to catalog data, and keep all attributes aligned across Google Shopping, Facebook Ads, and 3PL systems. At the same time, they wanted to run two regional Shopify stores under one domain without compromising SEO, routing, or internal workflows. The existing tooling made it difficult to manage a catalog where every product was built from multiple interdependent features.
Solution
A unified product model and multi-store architecture built for scale
We designed a scalable Shopify setup centered around structured data, unified product models, and automated sync pipelines.
Key steps included:
- Implementing a multi-store architecture using two separate Shopify Plus instances and custom routing to keep both regional stores under the same domain
- Designing a configurable product data model that maps every feature into structured metafields
- Connecting 3D model assets to the product catalog with dynamic rendering rules
- Building automated feeds for Google Shopping and Facebook Ads so every configuration reflects correctly in marketing channels
- Integrating with the 3PL provider using clean, transformation-ready product data
- Establishing a single source of truth for product configuration logic to keep both stores perfectly aligned
- Integrated Strapi CMS to manage product catalog and static pages
Results
A stable, consistent, and scalable product ecosystem across all channels
The new setup delivered synchronized product data, dynamic 3D experiences, and reliable marketing feeds for every configuration. The 3PL system began receiving clean and predictable data, while the dual-store setup under one domain worked seamlessly without SEO issues. Catalog updates became easier to manage, even with a highly customizable product line.
